I was at my local Tractor Supply Store last night geeting a top link pin for my bush hog and ran into a guy looking for a shorter top link fo his BX2200. He had a 30 inch wide scoop he was trying to hook up. He said the top link was too long and couldn't get it to hook up. Any body hear of this problem before? I didn't have this problem with my bush hog. Maybe the scoop is too big for the BX2200?

John,

I had this problem with my new BX1800 when it first arrived from the dealer. I went to hook up my rear ballast box and it wouldn't sit level. Called the dealer and found out they sent me the top link from a B7500. This could be the problem for this person as well. ....

Even the correct link is two inches too long. It is a problem Kubota needs to fix.

I have not found a correct top link anywhere for the BX series and I finally paid a welding shop to shorten and re-weld mine. ....
